Continuing on from Chukyu e Iko (Getting to the Intermediate Level), a lower intermediate text, here is a book introducing 56 grammatical items needed for Level 2 of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test. Each chapter covers a wide number of subjects and consists of a 600 word essay, study and practice of new words and grammatical structures, listening and writing practice and a Plus Alpha column at the end of each chapter. The eight chapters in the book should take between 64 to 80 hours to complete. At the back of the book, can be found a separate booklet comprising a compendium of all grammatical structures, as well as new vocabulary translated into English, Chinese and Korean. The book (149 pages) comes with a booklet (75 pages) and a CD.
