These Terms and Conditions as amended at the time of the purchase shall apply to all business transactions between a buyer and ROELLIN BOOKS (a business of "Opioglingua GmbH, henceforth ROELLIN BOOKS), unless ROELLIN BOOKS has expressly agreed other terms and conditions with the buyer in writing.
After placing an order with ROELLIN BOOKS, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. This confirmation acts as confirmation of receipt and does not constitute a legally binding acceptance of your order. The order is considered accepted (and the contract thereby concluded) by shipping the goods.
Prices shown on the Site are in Swiss Francs (SFR) or Euros (EUR) are inclusive of Swiss VAT at the applicable rate but exclusive of shipping costs.
The prices do not include any taxes, duties, import fees or customs fees charged by the consignee's local government. The consignee will be responsible for both customs clearance and payment of customs duties and local taxes where required.
All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time. The Swiss Francs (SFR) or Euro (EUR) price of a product displayed on the Site at the time the order is accepted will be honoured, except in cases of patent error.
Teachers, schools and book stores may apply for a discount of 20% applicable on on all products. ROELLIN BOOKS retains the right to decline or revoke an application for admission at any time without giving reasons.
ROELLIN BOOKS offers the following payment methods:
In respect of collection costs arising from late payment we are entitled to make a lump-sum charge of 8.54 CHF / 6.- EURO unless it is proven that no or substantially lower costs are incurred. This is without prejudice to further claims, in particular with respect to enforcement by debt collecting agency or legal counsel.
ROELLIN BOOKS charges a flat rate of 9 CHF respectively 6 EURO per order, regardless of its destination or quantity.
Delivery will be made as soon as possible after the order is accepted and can be expected to arrive within 8 days of despatch of the order.
The customer will be informed if the ordered items are out of stock. All delivery times quoted on the website are estimates only, based on availability, normal processing and delivery companies.
In case of force majeure and other unforeseeable, extraordinary circumstances beyond our control, the delivery period shall be extended by an appropriate amount. If the circumstances cited should render delivery impossible or unreasonable, we shall be released from the obligation to deliver. In case of unreasonable delay, the Customer may withdraw from the contract.
In case the ordered items are not fully in stock, ROELLIN-BOOKS reserves the right to deliver products ordered partially.

All deliveries to other countries may be subject to taxes, duties, import fees and custom fees as mentioned in §3 – Prices. As customs policies vary widely by country, we cannot anticipate what these charges will be and are not responsible for any taxes, duties, import fees or customs fees levied once the merchandise reaches your country. Please contact your local government or post office for more information.
We retain ownship of the purchased article until receipt of all contractual payments. In the event of late payment we are entitled to withdraw from the contract and to demand return of the goods.
We reserve the right to make enquiries regarding the customer's credit standing even after conclusion of the contract and, if the result is negative, to withdraw from the contract.
You can cancel your sales agreement within one month without giving any reason for the cancellation if you cancel in writing (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) or - if the goods are sent to you before the expiry of the cancellation period - by returning the goods. The cancellation period starts on the date you placed the order. The cancellation of the agreement or return of the goods should be sent to:

If cancellation is carried out properly, any goods received are to be returned and if applicable, any benefits received are to be returned or cancelled. If you are unable to return any or part of the goods received or if they can only be returned in a worsened condition, then you will have to pay us compensation insofar as is necessary. If goods have been supplied, this does not apply if the worsened condition of the goods is only based on an inspection which you would have been able to carry out in a retail environment, for example. You can avoid having to pay compensation for the worsened condition of goods which is the result of the goods having been used as intended by not using the goods as if they belonged to you and by not doing anything which might affect their value.
Goods are to be returned at our risk. You are to pay the return costs if the goods supplied are the same as the goods ordered and if the price of the goods to be returned does not exceed 60 euros or, if the price of the goods is higher, if you have not yet made a payment in return or a contractually agreed part payment at the time of cancellation. Otherwise the goods can be returned free of charge.
Once the cancellation has been accepted and carried out properly, obligations regarding the refunding of payments must be met within 30 days. For you, this period starts on the date on which you send your refusal or the goods while for us, it starts on the date on which we receive the refusal or the goods.
The following products are excluded from the right of cancelation:
If, when ownership passes to the customer, the goods are found to be defective, we are responsible for remedying the defect or replacing the goods. Should the repair or replacement goods fail to remedy the defect, you are entitled to demand either a reduction in the payment or termination of the contract.

We are liable for our own faults and those of our legal representatives and employees only as far as the fault is intentional or due to gross negligence. This does not apply to breaches of essential contractual obligations or absence of warranties of quality.
We value your trust and thus make every effort and use best possible security standards to ensure that we protect your personal data from unauthorised access. Your order, personal data and your credit card details are protected by technical security systems and an additional authorisation process - both when transferring data and saving data on our servers.
We only collect and safe information, which are required to process your order. Any collected information is used solely to process your order. No personal data will be shared with any third party, unless it is absolutely required to process your order (e.g. freight forwarder).
This agreement shall be exclusively governed by Swiss law, the exclusive venue (with exclusion of any other venue) being the ordinary courts in the City of Zurich (Subject to remedies to the Federal Court); ROELLIN BOOKS reserves the right to proceed against the counterparty in any other venue convenient.
The General Terms and Conditions of Sale may be amended from time to time due to new laws and regulations or other reasons. The new General Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be effective as of the date of publication.
