Writing Dissertations in Japanese
This textbook is aimed at enabling foreign students at Japanese universities to write academic reports, essays and dissertations in Japanese in a clear and logical manner. In Part I of the book, the learner studies basic style, standard essay format, and grammar so as to be able to write logically and coherently. In Part II, how to write essays and put together a dissertation are studied. The attached separate volume included answers to questions found in the main part of the book as well as an overview of the textbook and explanation of each chapter for teachers.
With this new edition, some of the reading material has been replaced with newer material. There are no major changes to the structure of the book.
